This house is for rent and it is right next door to our facility.  It has one king bed and three single beds.  There is one bedroom down stairs and a large loft type room upstairs.

There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and cooking utensils.  Washer and dryer.  Large living room with color TV/DVD and cable.  Also one full bathroom. It also has private dock and deck on the water. You also get the usage of our ramp.  Additional dockage available at our marina with daily or weekly fees.

This house rents for $195.00 per night, with a two night minimum.  You can rent by the week for $1100.00 or by the month for $3960.00 (that is with a 10% discount for monthly rental).
