Our 8-unit Motel faces the beautiful Guffin Bay. Each unit has a beautiful view of the water and enjoys the cool breezes off the bay.   All Motel units face the bay with a beautiful view. Units with kitchenettes are complete with all cookware and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. All units have a new color tv with local channels. All initial linens are provided. Use of laundry room washers and dryers is available. Gas and charcoal grills are available. Picnic tables are provided. Things to bring:  trash bags, dish soap and extra fans. CHECK-IN IS 3:00 PM.  CHECK-OUT IS 11:00 AM.	Seperate bedroom in Motel #1.  It also has a large picture window that overlooks the bay with a fantastic view.

Motel Room #1 is our largest room.  It accommodates five people.  It has a seperate bedroom with a full size bed.  The living area has a futon that folds down to a full size bed and also has a single size bed.  It has a two-burner gas stove, sink, new refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Motel Room #2 accommodates three people.  It has one full size bed and one single size bed.  It has a two-burner gas stove, sink, new refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Motel Room #3 accommodates three people.  It has one full size bed and one single size bed.  It has a two-burner gas stove, sink, new refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Motel Room #4 accommodates three people.  It has one full size bed and one single bed.  It has a two burner-gas stove, sink, new refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Motel Room #5 accommodates two people.  It has two single size beds and a coffee pot. Motel Room #6 accommodates two people.  It has one full size bed with a pass thru door to #7.  It also has a coffee pot. Motel Room #7 accommodates two people.  It has two single size beds with pass thru door to #6.  It also has a coffee pot. Motel Room #8 accommodates three people.  It has a full size bed and a single size bed.  It also has a coffee pot. All units have a bathroom with shower.
